I’m Morgan Elizabeth Brown, MPH, MPA, founder of Meadowlark Consulting.

I’ve spent over two decades helping national nonprofits, academic medical centers, and research organizations secure millions in competitive funding. My background bridges public health, policy, and philanthropy — which means I understand both the science and the story behind healthcare innovation.

Typical pricing structures

  • Hourly consulting: $100–$175 per hour for strategy, research, and advisory work

  • Project-based fees: Custom flat rates for defined projects such as strategy, grant research and development, or campaign planning

  • Monthly retainers: Starting at $2,500 for ongoing support, coordination, and execution

Pricing reflects the complexity of the work, depth of research, and senior-level expertise provided. Sliding scale or nonprofit rates may be available for mission-driven organizations with limited budgets.
